- Paying a platform access fee
- Using their own Gemini API key (Bring Your Own Key model)
- Running all tools entirely in the browser — no backend processing
We do not provide Gemini API keys. You are solely responsible for obtaining and managing your own API key.
2. 🔐 Data Privacy and Processing
- All AI tool execution and API requests occur client-side in your browser.
- We do not store your API key, inputs, outputs, usage data, or personal information.
- All communication between your browser and Google’s Gemini API is handled via secure HTTPS connections.
- We do not act as a proxy, middleware, or data processor.
3. 💸 Platform Fee and Payments
- We charge a one-time or recurring platform fee to access the tools.
- The fee does not include any charges related to your API key usage — you are responsible for monitoring and managing API quota or billing directly with Google.
- All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy.
4. 🧑💻 Bring Your Own API Key (BYOK)
- Users must provide their own valid Gemini API key to use tools.
- Misuse of keys (e.g., entering shared/public keys, abuse of API quota) is prohibited.
- You are responsible for protecting your API key from unauthorized access. We recommend using restricted API keys with domain/referrer restrictions.
5. ⚠️ Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any misuse, abuse, theft, or compromise of your Gemini API key
- API key overuse or exhaustion of token limits
- Errors, downtime, or service limitations caused by Google’s Gemini API
- Loss of data, financial loss, or reputational harm due to use of our tools
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Use of ToolYatri AI is at your own discretion and risk.
6. ✅ Acceptable Use
By using ToolYatri AI, you agree:
- Not to use our platform for illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes
- Not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or duplicate our tool architecture
- Not to share or sell tool access without our written permission
- To respect intellectual property rights and fair use policies
Violation of these terms may result in permanent suspension without refund.
