Q1: What is ToolYatri AI?
ToolYatri AI is an all-in-one platform offering 1000+ browser-based AI tools tailored for a wide range of professionals — including students, developers, lawyers, doctors, marketers, teachers, designers, entrepreneurs, HRs, and more. You simply bring your own Gemini API key and start using the tools.
Q2: Is ToolYatri AI free to use?
We charge a one-time or recurring platform fee to access the tools. This fee is separate from your Gemini API usage costs, which are handled directly between you and Google.
Q3: What are the advantages of ToolYatri AI?

🔹 API KEY AND SECURITY
Q4: What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
BYOK means that you enter your own Gemini API key into the tool to run AI functions. We do not provide API keys or control your quota — your account is with Google.
Q5: Is it safe to enter my API key on your platform?
Yes. All AI requests happen client-side in your browser, and your key is never sent to our servers. However, it’s your responsibility to:
- Use a restricted key (with domain or referrer limits)
- Keep your key private and secure
- Avoid using shared or exposed keys
Q6: Can my API key be stolen in this setup?
As long as you are on a secure connection (HTTPS) and your device/browser isn’t compromised, your API key remains safe. But if your device is infected or if you enter your key into untrusted sites, it can be misused. We are not liable for key loss due to user-side compromises.

Q7: Do your tools have usage limits?
ToolYatri AI tools do not impose platform-side usage limits. However, your actual usage is governed by:
- Your Gemini API plan (free or paid)
- Your daily/monthly quota set by Google
Q8: Do you track my token usage or limits?
No. We do not track or log your API token usage. You’re responsible for monitoring your own quota and billing via your Google Cloud Console.
Q9: Can I use the same API key for multiple tools?
Yes. A single Gemini API key can be used across all tools. However, different tools may consume different token amounts.
🔹 BILLING & REFUNDS
Q10: What does the platform fee cover?
The platform fee gives you access to all available AI tools on ToolYatri AI. It does not include API key usage charges from Google.
Q11: Do you offer refunds?
All payments are non-refundable, unless a specific refund policy is stated. Please test the free tools or check documentation before purchasing.
Q12: Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. What you pay on our platform is transparent. All API-related costs are entirely separate and charged by Google based on your usage.

Q13: My tool isn’t working. What should I do?
- Make sure your API key is correct and active
- Check your Google quota or billing status
- Refresh your browser or try incognito mode
- Try another tool to isolate the issue
- Contact us if the issue persists
Q14: I’m getting API errors. Is that your fault?
No. Errors related to quota, model unavailability, invalid keys, or timeouts are returned from Google’s Gemini API. We cannot control or fix API-level errors.

Q15: Are you affiliated with Google or Gemini?
No. ToolYatri AI is an independent platform that enables user-controlled access to Google Gemini APIs. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Q16: Are you liable if my API key gets misused?
No. You are solely responsible for protecting and managing your own API key. Our tools do not store, proxy, or access your key outside your device.
Q17: Do you store any of my data?
Absolutely not. All requests are processed in your browser. We do not collect or store your:
- API key
- Inputs/outputs
- Token usage
- Session data
🔹 MISCELLANEOUS
Q18: Can I share my API key with others?
No. API keys are personal and meant to be private. Sharing may result in abuse and exhaustion of your quota. We recommend using restricted keys and not distributing them.
Q19: Can I request new tools or features?
